Our sales platform serves as a full-service provider, supporting vendors in all process phases—from listing the product, sales, payment processing, and accounting to comprehensive statistics analysis. We are seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Sales Representative with exceptional communication skills in Spanish. Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Portuguese, or English is a definite advantage. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, independent, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and possess a strong network within the coaching, or digital creators industry. Experience with high-ticket creators is preferred.
Your tasks
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. 
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline and track progress. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. 
  • Report to the Country Lead by provide dailyreports on sales activities, forecasts, and results.
Your profile
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the coaching, content creators, high ticket seller industry. 
  • Experience selling SaaS a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales. 
  • Excellent communication skills oral and written in Spanish, proficiency in additional languages a plus (french or English). 
  • Good networking capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. 
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
