Are you an organized, proactive individual with a passion for sales, communication and project management? Do you enjoy multitasking and supporting various aspects of business development? If so, we are looking for you as a Sales Representative (human) in Dubai.

Your tasks
  • Actively support the sales team in planning, organizing, and executing sales projects and campaigns.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to drive new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, trends, and opportunities, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data, preparing reports for management to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, product demos, and client calls to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth client interactions.
  • Manage communication between sales, marketing, and operations to ensure sales initiatives are implemented effectively.
Your profile
  • A degree or relevant qualification in business administration or a related field.
  • Some experience in a similar role, ideally in a dynamic, administrative, sales or project support environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple sales-related tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to contribute to the success of the sales team.
  • Solid understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word; experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of German and Arabic is a plus.
