We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager or Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound prospecting. You will be responsible for initiating contact with prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating CopeCart's value proposition.  If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company, we encourage you to apply!  
Your tasks
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.   
  • Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
  • Effectively communicate CopeCart's value proposition and key differentiators.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. 
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) as an SDR or in a similar outbound sales role.   
  • Proper understanding of lead generation tools (Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator....)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market.
  • Knowledge of the creator economy is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
