And this is where you come in. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be the one convincing new vendors of this vision and helping CopeCart continue to grow.

About the role

Do you love sales, want to take real ownership, and grow in a digital B2B SaaS environment?

As a Sales Manager at CopeCart, you will independently manage the entire sales process — from the first contact to closing the deal.

Your performance directly pays off: In addition to a solid base salary, you will benefit from a performance-based commission.

Commission with no cap: Your results directly determine your income - transparently and without limits.

Your tasks

  • Independently manage the entire sales process - from first contact to successful deal closure

  • Handle and qualify inbound and outbound leads while actively acquiring new customers through cold outreach

  • Conduct discovery calls to analyze customer needs and lead persuasive closing calls with B2B decision-makers

  • Maintain, document, and manage all sales activities in the CRM system in a structured way

  • Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships while actively networking within the industry

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth handovers and successful onboarding of new customers

  • Participate in events and industry gatherings to acquire new customers and strengthen CopeCart’s market presence

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a comparable field

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally within a digital B2B SaaS, FinTech, or e-commerce environment

  • Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales

  • Confident use of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot

  • Structured, independent, and performance-driven working style

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

  • Very good German skills and solid English skills, both written and spoken
